Hi
a note from: Mike McFarland
At the Tues 14 meeting (Sports Club) I mentioned a January 2010 HUD change ref: the 90 day waiting requirement to resale/sale a home purchased with a FHA loan.
I mentioned this was temporarily post poned. Sellers can sell now without the 90 day wait.
Even more important buyers can now get financing without being denied, strickly because of the 90 day waiting period.
